report every year based on their research on NPMD market
space and current challenges faced by every industry today.
Gartner evaluates every product based on its capabilities
for completeness of vision and ability to execute.
OpManager was voted for its cost and ease of maintenance by
the customers contacted by Gartner. Also, tight integration
with other modules of IT operations management has brought
total cost of ownership (TCO) savings for the users.
OpManager has recently added deep packet inspection feature
to enhance the network troubleshooting capabilities and and
provide packet analysis. To align with the latest network
management challenges, OpManager has plans to increase
the scope of monitoring and simplify usability.
