With this acquisition, Koen Franckaert takes on the role of Managing Director of CBA Benelux, in addition to his current position as Managing Director at Sertalink. Koen brings more than 25 years of experience from the IT vendor industry, where he held leadership positions at companies including Alcatel-Lucent, Polycom, Pulse Secure (Ivanti), and Parallels. Throughout his career, he has received numerous awards and built strong expertise in sales, marketing, customer relationship management, and general business leadership.
